Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care thoroughly in the patient record and maintain accurate charts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and follow care plans
- Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN licensure (appropriate state license required)
- Valid BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Clinical experience caring for patients in a long-term care or acute setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Current immunizations and ability to meet facility-specific onboarding requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
- Completion of state licensure requirements for LPN or RN
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and safety protocols
- Proficient in patient assessment and chronic condition management
- Comfortable with electronic health records and documentation
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and delegation skills
- Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
