Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition with clinical accuracy and compassion
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education that empowers informed decisions and recovery
• Escalate changes in patient status promptly and coordinate necessary interventions
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and communicate handoffs clearly

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — ready to practice in the state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS or PALS as applicable is a plus
• Current immunizations and required health screenings per facility policy
• Clinical experience in acute care or related settings preferred
• Ability to work the scheduled days and times: Mon, Wed, Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy competency
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Comfortable with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy clinical environment
