Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding as needed
• Monitor patients and reliably report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Accurately document care, observations, and any incidents in the patient record
• Follow infection control practices and facility policies to keep everyone safe
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver dignified, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Comfortable and available to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
• Ability to follow facility policies and communicate clearly with team members
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and basic clinical skills
• Taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and staff
• Reliable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
• Basic charting and documentation practices
