Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (specific start/end times not specified); No weekends; May work at least one holiday

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patient functional abilities and occupational performance using evidence-based approaches
Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans that promote independence and safety
Document clinical findings and care in EPIC accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Livingston and Washtenaw counties to coordinate care
Provide patient and family education to support carryover of skills and safe transitions
Participate in Trinity Specialty Competency Testing and skills checklists to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license (License/Certificate Verification required)
BLS certification (required)
Experience using EPIC for clinical documentation (EPIC listed as a core skill)
Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
Ability to pass required health screenings: drug screen, fit test, immunizations and TB testing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention planning for adult rehabilitation
Proficiency with EPIC documentation workflows
Familiarity with Trinity specialty competency processes and checklists
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Knowledge of infection control, vaccination requirements and occupational health protocols
