Location: Langhorne, PA
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident charts
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control practices
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- State CNA registration or eligibility to register in Pennsylvania preferred
- BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable and experienced working night shifts
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Education
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
- Basic charting and documentation practices; familiarity with EHR a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident-centered care
