Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; day shift with on-call every other weekend and several evenings per week (day shift with call responsibilities)

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cath lab equipment to support safe, effective cardiac catheterization and interventions
- Assist the multidisciplinary team during cardiac, IR and neuro thrombectomy procedures with precision and calm
- Perform accurate Epic charting and documentation to maintain excellent patient records
- Manage imaging and hemodynamic systems (Phillips imaging, Merge Hemodynamics/CPACS) during cases
- Participate in on-call coverage and respond promptly for emergent STEMI and other urgent cases
- Support infection control, equipment sterilization and quality standards in the cath lab
Qualifications
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab / cardiac catheterization experience (as listed)
- Experience with EPIC charting and cath lab technologies (Phillips imaging, Merge Hemodynamics/CPACS) preferred
- Comfortable with on-call rotations including every-other-weekend coverage and some evening call shifts
Education
- BSN not required; completion of an accredited cardiovascular technologist program, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of cardiac catheterization and cath lab operations
- Hands-on experience with Phillips imaging systems and Merge Hemodynamics/CPACS
- Proficient Epic charting and clinical documentation skills
- Familiarity with interventional radiology and neuro thrombectomy workflows
- Strong teamwork, communication and ability to perform under emergent STEMI center conditions
