Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition during your shift
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, feeding assistance, and safe patient transfers
- Communicate clearly with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow facility policies and infection-control procedures
- Support residents' dignity and independence through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
- Local candidates only — reliable transportation required
- Willingness to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and every other weekend
- Ability to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and required screenings
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
Education
- Certified Nursing Assistant / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic nursing care and assistance with ADLs
- Vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation
- Patient safety and infection-control best practices
- Time management and teamwork, especially on night shift
- Clear, respectful communication with patients and staff
