Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations with professionalism and accuracy
• Position patients and imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate radiography equipment safely while adhering to radiation safety protocols
• Ensure images meet quality standards and assist radiologists with imaging needs
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication to patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to support patient flow and care
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) — may be obtained upon hire if needed
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (nice-to-have)
• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of radiographic procedures and X-ray techniques
• Proficiency in patient positioning and imaging protocols
• Familiarity with radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance
• Comfort using PACS and digital imaging systems
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and clinical teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
