Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on the day shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform timely patient assessments and document findings clearly
- Collaborate with RN staff and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Support residents with activities of daily living with dignity and respect
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to advocate for care
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain upon hire)
- Comfortable working in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to meet facility immunization and screening requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Skilled in patient assessment, documentation, and care planning
- Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
- Ability to work under direction of RNs and collaborate with rehab teams
- Good time management, organization, and compassionate bedside manner
