Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care that preserves dignity and comfort
- Support mealtime assistance and ensure fluid and nutrition needs are met
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control protocols and facility safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
- Comfortable working overnight hours and adaptable to per-diem scheduling
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and active certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident care and activities of daily living assistance
- Basic vital signs and observation skills
- Infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
- Basic charting and familiarity with electronic health records or paper charting
- Teamwork and time management in a fast-paced care setting
