Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and provide follow-up care for acute inpatients
Perform communication evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer standardized tests in outpatient settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Float between St. Francis, St. Clare, and St. Anthony facilities to support diverse patient populations

Qualifications

Current BLS certification (AHA)
CCC-SLP credential (required)
Experience in both inpatient acute care and outpatient rehabilitation settings
Ability to independently perform bedside swallow evaluations and follow-ups
Comfortable floating to multiple hospital locations

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in bedside swallow evaluation and management
Strong communication evaluation and treatment skills
Proficiency in outpatient standardized test administration
Knowledge of acute care and rehabilitation protocols
