Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4x10-hour day shifts (exact times discussed during orientation)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise external beam and internal radiation therapy treatments using advanced technologies like IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and proton therapy
Operate and maintain sophisticated equipment including Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT simulators
Collaborate with oncologists and physicists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide compassionate care to an average of 34 patients per day, ensuring comfort and safety
Document patient treatments accurately in EPIC and Aria systems
Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T)
Valid BLS certification
1-3 years of experience in radiation therapy
Strong knowledge of external beam and internal radiation techniques
Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC and Aria

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in EBRT, IRT, Proton Therapy, Brachytherapy, 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT
Proficient with CT simulation and treatment planning software
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
