Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Manage a caseload of 9 patients per day with 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions
Collaborate with a great team of PTAs and rehab aides in a small community setting
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and long-term wellness

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado or Compact license required
Current BLS certification (AHA) required
Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation is a must
Must be comfortable working in a small community outpatient setting with a wide variety of diagnoses

Knowledge & Skills

Well-versed in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs and conditions
