Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts, hours may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy to a diverse outpatient population, including ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric patients
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Collaborate with PTAs, rehab techs, and the director to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
Experience with EMR systems
Ability to treat 8-10 patients per day

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in general orthopedics, neurology, BPPV, vestibular rehab, and geriatric care
Strong communication and patient education skills
Proficient in EMR documentation
Team player with a positive attitude
