Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights), 36 hours per week, with weekend rotation (6-9 weekends per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population across multiple MS-Tele units
Float within Zone 3 facilities including OrthoColorado, Longmont United, St. Anthony, and St. Anthony North hospitals
Manage patients with cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, ortho, and other conditions
Titrate heparin drips as required and respond to changing patient acuity
Collaborate with charge nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient assignments

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
Active and unencumbered RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Prior neuro experience preferred
Comfortable floating across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in managing telemetry and monitoring devices
Ability to titrate intravenous drips (e.g., heparin)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
