Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and optimize clinical informatics systems to enhance patient care
Train healthcare staff on electronic health record (EHR) workflows and best practices
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to streamline data management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
Analyze clinical data to drive quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Current RN license in Alaska (or compact state eligible)
Experience in clinical informatics or EHR implementation
Strong communication skills to bridge clinical and technical teams
BLS certification required
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Epic or other EHR systems
Understanding of clinical workflows and data analytics
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Project management skills for system rollouts and upgrades
Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly
