Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing setting at Meridian Center
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina
At least 1 year of recent RN experience preferred
BLS certification required
Comfortable working in a per diem or float capacity
Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
