Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, including nights (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
Educate residents and families on health management and care plans

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Delaware (required)
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and best practices
Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
