Shift Type: As needed; this order: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Delaware
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
BLS certification required
Must have active DE business license and DHSS background check account
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic health records
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
