Pharmacy Technician
Location: Westerville, Ohio
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 - $31.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
- Assist customers with prescription needs and answer questions about medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Process insurance claims and handle payment transactions
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration or license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug interactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and systems
