Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

Qualifications

Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active California Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
