Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
- Must have an active DE business license (agency requirement)
- Current COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
- Must complete DHSS background check and fingerprinting
- Bring state or federal issued ID and wear photo badge at all times
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Basic understanding of infection control practices
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
