Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain a sterile field and prepare instrumentation for all surgical procedures
Set up the operating room efficiently for each case according to AORN standards
Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure the highest level of patient care
Stock and order supplies to keep the department running smoothly
Provide supportive patient care as directed during the intraoperative period

Qualifications

Current Surgical Technologist license in Colorado (or ability to obtain before starting)
Orthopedic surgery experience required
DaVinci Robot experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire)
Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience
Surgical Technologist certification (NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST) preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Ability to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8,000 ft elevation)
