Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, including overnight 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
Support patients with meals and hydration as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of Delaware (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Must have an active DE business license and DHSS Background Check Center account (agency requirement)
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption (required)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Basic computer proficiency for electronic charting
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, patient-centered attitude
