Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, no weekends, no on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards.
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive devices.
Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with the healthcare team and document all regulatory requirements in the electronic system.
Supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed.

Qualifications

1 year of PT experience required (new grads okay with Level II clinical experience).
LTC or Rehab experience required.
Active Oklahoma State License required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Manual therapy techniques
Therapeutic exercises and modalities
Wound care management
Patient assessment and evaluation
Electronic documentation systems
Supervision and mentoring of support staff
