Location: Moore, Oklahoma

Start Date: 07-27-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising PT
Document all regulatory and clinical information in the electronic documentation system
Participate in patient care conferences, utilization reviews, and required trainings

Qualifications

At least 1 year of PTA experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active PTA license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
New grads welcome if you have a Level II clinical experience
Skills checklist within the past year
0-1 professional references at time of submission

Physical therapy and rehabilitation principles
Long-term care and outpatient rehab settings
Patient care and communication
Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance
APTA Code of Ethics and state practice acts
