Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Night shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state equivalent)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
