Shift Type: As needed, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Document care provided accurately and timely
Support residents' emotional and social well-being

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Basic understanding of medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Time management and organizational abilities
