Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, days vary based on availability

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with daily living activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Document patient information accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Support residents' emotional and physical well-being

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a dedication to quality care
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving residents
