Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, turning, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents with meals and hydration, monitoring intake
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Delaware
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Completed or waiver for COVID-19 vaccination (medical/religious exemption accepted)

Knowledge & Skills

Empathy and patience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
