Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in California
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
Proficiency in assessing and treating neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric conditions
Ability to use therapeutic equipment and adaptive devices
Excellent documentation and time management skills
