Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (per diem scheduling)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and nutritional needs
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Strong observation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience when caring for residents
