Shift Type: Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 35 guaranteed weekly hours, no weekends, no on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders to develop individualized plans of care
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all regulatory and clinical information
Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively about patient progress and barriers
Supervise occupational therapist assistants, aides, and students as needed

Qualifications

1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Long Term Care or Rehabilitation experience required
Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
New graduates accepted with Level II fieldwork experience (not just observation)
Skills checklist within 1 year and resume required at submission

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient evaluation and treatment planning
Evidence-based practice and standardized assessments
ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
