Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days shift, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 4 shifts per week (9 hours each)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient
Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected outcomes
Implement the identified plan of care
Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment
Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
Attain knowledge and competency reflecting current nursing practice
Evaluate your own nursing practice in relation to professional standards
Contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues
Collaborate with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice
Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of practice
Provide leadership in the professional practice setting

Qualifications

Current Montana Registered Nurse license
American Heart Association BLS certification
American Heart Association ACLS certification
Outpatient clinic experience preferred
Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems preferred

Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
Creativity, problem analysis, and decision making
Ability to work varied shifts
Tact, discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality
Self-directed, completes assignments accurately and with minimal oversight
