Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week guaranteed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Support a positive and safe environment for residents and team members
Collaborate with licensed nurses to implement care plans effectively

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact state accepted)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Willingness to travel for a 7-week contract assignment

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of patient care and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent observational skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing resident needs
