Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to uphold the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (VT/NH compact)
Must have reliable transportation; limited public transit in the area
Ability to commit to every other weekend rotation
All RTO must be approved before finalizing contract
Completed COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Basic knowledge of nursing assistant procedures and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
