Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries as a CVOR RN
Assist in open heart procedures with precision and compassion
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to changes
Maintain sterile field and equipment readiness

Qualifications

Must have open heart experience
Current RN license in California or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
DCI/BVP certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
