Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex patient needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to evidence-based protocols
Offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times

Qualifications

Current RN license in Indiana
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
DCI/BVP certification or willingness to obtain

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of ICU protocols and patient safety standards
