Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-Hour Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial status
Perform ongoing assessments and document within organizational standards
Document observations, physical exams, lab results, and patient responses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Assist other staff in patient care delivery
Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification from American Heart Association (or obtain within 30 days)
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficient in patient assessment and critical care monitoring
Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
