Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations with precision and care
Position patients for optimal imaging while ensuring their comfort and safety
Operate mobile and stationary X-ray equipment to capture diagnostic images
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for radiation safety
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active state licensure and fluoroscopy permit required
Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program
DCI/BVP certification is a plus

Education

Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging techniques
Extensive knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
Strong computer skills for digital imaging and record systems
Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements
Excellent patient care and communication abilities
