Shift Type: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Shift 1)

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication
Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California state license in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions for speech disorders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
Time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
