Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts), as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Support patients' emotional well-being with kindness and respect
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and safety protocols
- Infection control practices
- Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
- Basic medical terminology
