Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs to monitor residents' health
- Help with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
- Report any changes in condition to the nursing team promptly
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a caring attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Proficiency in taking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
- Familiarity with infection control practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
