Shift Type: Variable shifts, 36 hours per week, with on-call rotation (2-3 calls per 6-week schedule, 20-30 minute response time)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced OR setting across 11 suites
Assist in 30-40 daily cases including neuro, spine, ortho, trauma, and robotics
Scrub and circulate for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety
Collaborate with surgeons and team members for optimal outcomes
Respond to trauma calls within 20 minutes and non-trauma within 30 minutes
Use Epic EMR for accurate documentation and communication

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington (or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Trauma experience required
Experience with Robotic surgery (DaVinci) required
Must be comfortable scrubbing and circulating
BLS certification required
Epic EMR experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
Proficiency in sterile technique and surgical protocols
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high-acuity cases and quick turnarounds
