Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts, hours may vary within this window)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 8-10 patients daily
Treat general orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and geriatric conditions, including balance and fall prevention
Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans using EMR documentation
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or compact license eligible)
Current BLS and CPR certifications
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
Proficiency with EMR systems

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
Comfort working with a large geriatric population
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
