Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse caseload, primarily orthopedic but with a wide variety of conditions
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a dynamic outpatient clinic located within an athletic club
Collaborate with a team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress notes
Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient goals and functional needs

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (can obtain before start; not required at time of submission)
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Outpatient experience is required, but welcome if you also have acute inpatient experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong evaluation and treatment skills in outpatient orthopedics
Ability to manage a high-volume patient schedule (12 patients/day)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education
Adaptability to treat a variety of conditions in a small-town setting
