Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing daily operations in a 26-bed LTC facility
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform comprehensive wound care and assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PT and social services
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in long-term care

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota (compact license accepted)
Minimum of 1 year recent LTC experience required
Current BLS certification
Ability to pass meds and manage wound care independently
Comfortable working in a small facility with no clinical involvement

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration expertise
Wound care management
Long-term care regulations and best practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently as charge nurse
