Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch required)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and mobility
Collaborate with PTA's and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR
Provide compassionate care in a supportive clinic environment
Manage an average of 9-11 patients per day with quality focus

Qualifications

Active California PT license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus

Education

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Skilled in vestibular and balance therapy
Proficient in manual therapy techniques
Ability to educate patients and families
Time management and organizational skills
