Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans in accordance with established protocols
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients safely
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing quality control checks
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care
Accurately document patient information and scan results

Qualifications

Valid ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiography
Current California state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in PET/CT imaging preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PET/CT acquisition and processing techniques
Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
