Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU

Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call responsibilities including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide clinical leadership and enhance nursing competency
Support pre and post procedure care, including moderate sedation
Build and foster a positive unit culture
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of management or clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
CRRT competency

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical knowledge in critical care and telemetry
Fluoro license for technical staff (preferred)
Leadership and team management skills
Experience with vasoactive drips and moderate sedation
